WINCHENDON – Aaron T. Cosentino, 45, of Winchendon, died unexpectedly Thursday morning, September 18th in Heywood Hospital, Gardner after being stricken ill at home.
He was born in Athol on June 8, 1969, son of Frank A. Cosentino Jr of Winchendon and the late Norma (Raymond) Cosentino, who died in 2013.
Aaron was a graduate of Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical High School, Class of 1987. He enjoyed his co-workers and his job as a Forest and Parks Supervisor for the Massachusetts DCR, where he worked for 27 years.
He was a loving son, brother and uncle and a very dedicated man. He enjoyed the outdoors and also loved to read and was an avid movie buff.
In addition to his father, he leaves his brother, Frank A. Cosentino III and his wife Karen; a nephew, Frank Cosentino IV and his wife Leslie; two nieces, Mandy Medina and her husband Michael and Ashley Ofosuhene and her husband Nigel, all of Winchendon. He also leaves two great nieces, Janessa and Alexa and three great nephews, Jamison, Anthony and Cameron, whom he loved to spoil.
Funeral services will be held Monday, September 22nd at 11 A.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Calling hours in the funeral home are Monday, September 22nd from 10 to 11 A.M preceding the funeral.
