ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, N.J. - Arthur R. Robichaud, Jr., 80, of Atlantic Highlands, formerly of Winchendon, MA., died Wednesday, May 10th in the Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. He was born in Winchendon on November 18,1925, the son of Arthur R. and Antoinette (Foisy) Robichaud and grew up on Glenallen Street, Winchendon. From 1963-1980, he lived in Linden, New Jersey, and since then had lived in Atlantic Highlands. He was a graduate of Murdock High School and served in the U.S. Navy during World War Two. He was a member of Eugene M. Connor Post 193 American Legion in Winchendon. While living in Winchendon, he was a furniture worker at the former Heywood Wakefield Furniture Co. in Gardner. Until his retirement in 1987, he was employed in the parts department of Sears and Roebuck. He was a member of St. Agnes RC Church in Atlantic Highlands. He enjoyed traveling. He is survived by his wife, Pauline (Spaulding) Robichaud; four daughters, Susan R. Miksza of Cranford, NJ, Linda R. Kativa of Metuchen, NJ, Donna Robichaud of Cape Coral, FL and Diane Robichaud of Rahway, NJ; a brother, William Robichaud of Winchendon; a granddaughter, Hillary Kativa of Metuchen, four nephews and two nieces. A brother, Richard Robichaud, predeceased him. The funeral will be held Monday, May 15th from the Snow-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 52 Spruce Street. Burial will be in the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon. Calling hours in the funeral home will be Sunday, May 14th from 6 to 8 P.M.
