Atty. John A. Mizhir, Jr.

WINCHENDON - Atty. John A. Mizhir, Jr., 34, of 36 Lincoln Avenue, Winchendon, died unexpectedly September 30th. He was born in Fitchburg, MA. on December 15,1972, the son of Atty. John A. and Judith A. (Kut) MIzhir, Sr. and had formerly lived in San Diego, CA. and Boston. John was a self-employed Trade Mark and Patent Attorney. He was a graduate of Holy Rosary School in Gardner, St. Bernard's High School in Fitchburg, the University of San Diego Law School and St. Michael's College in Winooski, VT. He was a member of the California and Massachusetts Bar Associations. John enjoyed skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, swimming and Iron Man Triathalons. He also enjoyed music and theatre and traveling. In addition to his parents, he leaves a sister, Cassendra A. Fessler of Apex, NC; his maternal grandmother, Adella Kut of Adams, MA., as well as aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made to the Wendell P.
