Audrey A. Snow

WINCHENDON - Audrey A. (Maki) Snow, 78, of 240 Main Street, died peacefully Thursday morning, July 20, 2017 in Quabbin Valley Healthcare, Athol.
She was born in Gardner on January 5, 1939, daughter of the late Unto and Ann Katherine (Pollari) Maki and grew up in Ashburnham and Winchendon.
Audrey worked as a nurse's aide for nursing homes in Ashburnham. She enjoyed horseback riding and owned a race horse at one time. She also loved her cats and dog Toby.
She leaves a daughter Katharine Ann Lafreniere of Winchendon; a granddaughter, Elisha Ann Lafreniere of Winchendon; three sisters, Sheila Myles of Athol, Eugena Kelly and her husband Paul of Gardner and Denise Gilliland of Athol; her former husband, Joseph Snow of Winchendon and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Joseph Snow Jr, who died in 1967.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 11 A.M. in Riverside Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
