B. Phyllis Goguen, 91, passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025, at the Gardner Rehab and Nursing Center, with loving family by her side.
Phyllis was born in Leominster on May 18, 1933 a daughter of the late Leo and Esther (Bilow) Levesque.
She was the wife of 56 years to the late William Goguen who died in 2014.
Phyllis leaves one son, Brian Goguen and his wife Raechel of New Hampshire. Nine grandchildren, Cory Goguen, Jennifer Kinneman, Cristy Mahoney, Amy Goguen, Travis Goguen, Chery Goguen, Daniel Goguen, Troy Goguen, and Codi Goguen, 17 great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild, one sister, Rachel Mangiacotti of Leominster and many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by two sons, Mark and James Goguen, one brother, Leo Levesque, and three sisters, Pauline Hilow, Priscilla Levesque and Nancy Smith.
Phyllis grew up in Leominster then she raised her family in Ashburnham. After she raised her family she went to work at Digital and worked as a Data Analyst. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary in Ashburnham. After living in Ashburnham for 47 years she moved to Arizona for 14 years before moving back to this area. She was an avid bingo player and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services for Phyllis will be held on Friday, January 10. 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stone Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon, MA with a Calling Hour from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. She will be buried at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, at a later date.
