Beatrice M. Bois

WINCHENDON – Beatrice M. Bois, 88, of 75A Hyde Park Drive, died peacefully at her residence Thursday, June 6th.

She was born in Winchendon on October 10, 1924, daughter of the late Jean Baptiste and Eva (Roy) Bois.  Bea was a lifelong resident of Winchendon and graduated from Murdock High School with the Class of 1942.

Bea worked as a secretary, retiring at age 84 from her last position at Nazareth Home for Boys in Leicester, MA.  She was a long time member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society of that parish.

She leaves two brothers, Rene Bois of Winchendon and Felix Bois of Yarmouthport and several nephews and nieces.  A brother, Alfred Bois and a sister, Doris Marois, predeceased her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, June 10th at 11 A.M. in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 52 Spruce Street, Winchendon.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

There are no calling hours.
