GARDNER - Beverly Rose (Butkiewicz) Harris, 65, of 194 Central Street, Gardner, died peacefully Tuesday morning, March 16th in Heywood Hospital, Gardner. She was born in Greenfield on November 9,1944, the daughter of Lucille A. (Lovett) Butkiewicz of Gardner and the later Felix Butkiewicz, and was a resident of Gardner for most of her life. Beverly worked for many years as a social worker for the Massachusetts Department of Welfare until her retirement. She graduated from Gardner High School in 1962. She enjoyed spending time at the beach, barbequing and spending time with her family. In addition to her mother, she leaves two daughters, Deanie Harris and her spouse Tory, formerly of Winchendon and Tracey Kraskouskas and her husband Michael of Peterborough, NH; one son, Warren Harris IV and his wife Jamie of Latham, NY; one brother, Paul D. Butkiewicz and his companion Carol of St. Augustine, FL, and a very special niece, Felicia Butkiewicz, who resided with her. Beverly is also survived by three grandsons, several nephews and a great niece. She was predeceased by a brother, Thomas E. Butkiewicz, who died in 2008 and Gloria Butkiewicz, who died in 2010. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 20th from Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Vincent de Paul Church, 1 Forest Street, Baldwinville. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Baldwinville. Calling hours in the funeral home will be Friday, March 19th from 6 to 8 P.M.
