GARDNER – Brian McIntosh, 62, of 206 Central Street, Gardner, died peacefully Monday evening, March 24th in Legend Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Gardner.
He was born in Worcester on March 30, 1951, the son of the late Bethalyn (Wheeler) McIntosh Coffin and Robert A. McIntosh, both of Auburn, MA, and was a long time resident of Hubbardston and Gardner. His stepfather, Robert H. Coffin of Hubbardston, also preceded him in death. Brian was a graduate of Quabbin Regional High School, Barre.
He leaves five brothers and sisters, Alan McIntosh of Twin Falls, ID; Robert H. Coffin Jr. of Fairfax, VA; Mark Coffin of Meridien, ID; Deborah Coffin Rodgers of White River Junction, VT and Pamela Coffin Weisenreder of Pasadena, MD.
The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to all of the caregivers at The Bridge and Legend Nursing Center for their efforts on Brian’s behalf.
A memorial service and interment in Rural Glen Cemetery, Hubbardston will be held in the spring.
