TEMPLETON - Carlton L. Phillips, 60, of 437 Patriots Road, Templeton, formerly of Winchendon, died Thursday, November 27th in Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, after a short illness. He was born in West Halifax, VT. on May 22,1948 , the son of the late Ralph and Florence (Hamilton) Phillips and had lived in Templeton for twenty years. Carl worked for Fall Mountain Furniture for many years and worked for the last 15 years as a shipper and receiver. Previously, Carl worked for Garlock Printing and New England Wooden Ware. He loved the ocean, the woods and the outdoors. He leaves a son, David A. Phillips and his companion, Tammy Gaudet of Gardner; a stepdaughter, Jessica Daniels of Gardner; a stepson, John Daniels; his dear friend and companion Jeannette Wiseman of Baldwinville; a brother, Jim Phillips and his wife Carol of Keene, NH; nine grandchildren, Heather Phillips, Matthew Phillips, Christopher Phillips, Justin Phillips, Alyssa Phillips, Brittany Phillips, Stephanie Phillips, Jayden Phillips and Aleigha Phillips; a step granddaughter, Sonja Daniels, a great granddaughter April Chamberland and a great grandson, Caleb Mustakangus. A son, Brian S. Phillips, predeceased him. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 2nd at 10 A.M. in the Snow-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon. The Rev. Francis A. Roberge will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home will be Tuesday, December 2nd from 9 to 10 A.M.
