Chad W. Cwartkowski

It is with sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Chad William Cwartkowski, who left us suddenly on October 23, 2024. 

Chad was born on March 26, 1974, in Gardner, MA, where he lived most of his life. He graduated from Gardner High School in 1993.

Chad is survived by: his father, Stephen W. Cwartkowski, his mother, Irene Mazejka, his son, Collin Cwartkowski, his sister, Bobbie Lee Carr, and her partner, Paul Douckas, his sister, Bonnie Lee Nichols, and her husband, Keith, a niece, Kailey Corral, a nephew, Jamisen Carr, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his girlfriend, Rachel Taft.

All are welcome to join the family following the service at Steve's home located at 601 Old Matthew's Street, Gardner, MA.

A Graveside Service will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Baldwinville, MA on November 4, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
