WINCHENDON – Charles E. “Charlie” Derome, 31, of 63 Pearl Street, Winchendon, died Monday, November 21st, 2011.
He was born in Manassas, Virginia on April 11, 1980 and grew up in Fitchburg. He had lived in Winchendon for the last 11 years.
Charlie worked for seven years as an iron worker for Local #7, Boston, until recently. He was an avid motorcycle rider and also enjoyed dirt biking and four wheeling. Salt water fishing, boating, camping, fishing and outdoor activities were also his other hobbies.
He leaves his wife of ten years, Sarah A. (Kalinowski) Derome; two children, Xavier R. Derome and Alexia R. Derome, all of Winchendon; his mother, Judith E. Nolan of Gardner; a sister, Lisa M. Derome of Gardner and many aunts, uncles and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday, November 28th at 1 P.M. in Peoples Evangelical Congregational Church, 56 South Main Street, South Ashburnham. The Rev. Dan Allen will officiate.
