Christine V. Breen

KEENE, NH - Christine V. Breen, 36, of 194 Wyman Road, Keene, NH, died Tuesday, January 13th in the Cheshire Medical Center. She was born in Keene on April 12,1972, the youngest of eight children of Eleanor M. (Lampinen) Breen of Troy, NH and the late Joseph L. Breen. In addition to her mother, Chrissy is survived by four sisters, Diane Mutz, Lisa Young and her husband Charles of Arizona, Cindy Osgood and her husband David B. of Swanzey, NH and Linda Gay and her husband Eric of Missouri; three brothers, Michael A. Breen, Tony Breen and his wife Brenda of Fitzwilliam and Peter D. Breen of Troy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, Melissa Mutz, Meaghan Morong, Rebecca Breen, Jessica Breen, Joseph Gay and Tyler Breen, as well as two aunts, Rita Tkaczyk and Louise Breen. Chrissy had extended family that loved and cared for her as their own. Kim Drewing was her home provider for eight years along with her mother Cheryl. Billie Kirker was her respite provider for many years. Chrissy also had many friends from Chesco and MDS. Chrissy participated in Special Olympics for many years. She enjoyed many special times with family and with Kim, swimming, dancing, bowling, boating and especially shopping. She gave her family many happy memories with her laughter and joy for living. Her family wishes to extend its gratitude for all the staff and friends at Chesco and MDS, and Joan Freedman, her long-time case manager. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, January 15th at 3 P.M. in Christ Lutheran Church, Route 12, Troy, NH, followed by a reception for family and friends in the church. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Troy in the spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Chesco, 12 Wilson St., Keene, NH 03431.
