Colleen Ann Sarah Warren

Colleen Ann Sarah Warren (March 27, 1950 - September 1, 2024) was a beacon of comfort and care to all who knew her. 

She was born in Clinton, Massachusetts, Colleen spent her life serving others, embodying the essence of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in every sense. She was a beloved wife, sister, and friend, whose absence will be deeply felt. Colleen's impact, however, radiates far beyond the confines of her home in Winchendon, as she touched countless lives through her role in health care, forever leaving her mark on a profession she held dear.

Her marriage to Ronald Warren was a testament to her unwavering commitment and love. Together, they created a home filled with laughter, joy, and an abundance of love. 

She is survived by her husband, Ronald, her brother Paul Wood, sister Kathy Burgwinkle, and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Eleanor Wood and by her sister, Dorry Quinn. Her legacy of love continues to live on through her family and the many lives she touched throughout her career.

Colleen loved going line dancing, doing puzzles, and taking naps. Above anything else she truly loved her career as a nurse. 

Calling Hours for Colleen will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the Stone Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon. 

Her funeral will be held on Friday, September 6, 2024, at 10 a.m., in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 52 Spruce Street, Winchendon. Her burial will follow at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon.
