Daniel Bredberg

WINCHENDON – Daniel L. Bredberg, 63, of 72 Spruce Street, died peacefully Wednesday morning, August 13th in UMASS Medical Center, University Campus, Worcester.
A lifelong resident of Winchendon, he was born on November 21, 1950, the son of the late C. Levi and Margaret E. (Houlihan) Bredberg. In 1968, Dan graduated from Murdock High School.
Dan worked many years ago as a tool maker at L.S. Starrett Co. in Athol. He later worked as a carpenter and independent contractor. His hobbies were woodworking and walking in the woods.
He leaves a daughter, Jade E. Bredberg of Plymouth; his brothers and sisters, Peter J. Bredberg of Winchendon, Larry P. Bredberg of Winchendon, James M. Bredberg of Honolulu, HI, Thomas A. Bredberg of Caddo Mills, TX, Donald E. Bredberg of No. Attleboro, David C. Bredberg of Coventry, CT, John M. Bredberg of Rindge, NH, Lois A. Toyama of Honolulu, HI and Ellen M. Cantiberos of Honolulu, HI; one grandchild and many nephews and nieces. A son, Jacob Bredberg, preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 20th at 11 A.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon. The Rev. William Ault will officiate.
Burial will follow in Green Bower Cemetery, Gardner.
A calling hour will precede the funeral in the funeral home from 10 to 11 A.M. Wednesday.
