WINCHENDON – David P. Martin, 58, of 12 Mechanic Street, Winchendon died Monday, September 3, 2012 in Gardner.
He was born in Somerville on February 9, 1954, son of the late Edward and Geraldine Martin and lived in Winchendon for several years. Before living in Winchendon, he had lived in Ashburnham.
Dave worked as a mechanic at Midas Muffler in Gardner and most recently worked at Boutwell’s Garage in Ashburnham. He worked as a volunteer at the Winchendon CAC. Dave had served in the United States Navy and was a former member of Eugene M. Connor Post 193.
He leaves no known relatives, but leaves a close friend, Joseph W. Callahan Jr. of Winchendon.
Funeral services will be private and the convenience of the family.
