WINCHENDON – Donald J. Nalette, 66, of Worcester and formerly of Winchendon, died Saturday, September 10, 2022 in Rose Monahan Hospice Home, Worcester, with his family at his side.
He was born in Winchendon on May 29, 1956, son of the late Medric J. and Cecelia (Bibeau) Nalette and graduated from Montachusett Regional Vocational High School in 1974.
Don had worked in the oil business as an oil technician for Noar’s Oil Company in Worcester and Superior Oil Company in Millbury. Before working in Worcester and Millbury, Don enjoyed working at Bruce’s Burner Service in Winchendon. He enjoyed music, especially Rosemary Clooney, motorcycles, old movies, such as The Wizard of Oz, road trips to the beach, cooking and traveling the country in his motor home. Don was always willing to help people in need.
He leaves his ex wife, Betty (Finn) Nalette and three daughters, Michele Smith of Gardner, Lisa Archambault and husband James of Lawrenceville, GA and Pamela Fournier and husband Joseph of Winchendon; his partner, Bob Renzi of Worcester; a brother Frederick Nalette of Winchendon; a sister, Mary Rose Hebert of Athol; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Jeannette M. Helie.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 16, 2022 at 11 A.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
