TEMPLETON – Florence A. (Tobin) Adams, 82, of 29 Walnut Street, Baldwinville, died peacefully Thursday, February 25, 2021 in HealthAlliance Leominster Hospital.
She was born in Lowell, Massachusetts on November 9, 1938, daughter of the late William and Florence (McGuigan) Tobin and was a graduate of Lowell High School. She had been a resident of Baldwinville for 15 years.
Florence worked as a telephone operator in her youth. Married to a military man and raising a family she found time to enjoy reading, bowling and playing bunco dice with her close friends. She always enjoyed church and was a member of St. Vincent de Paul, Baldwinville. In recent years she stayed busy playing Rummikub with the family and attending both grand daughter's school and sporting events. She had raised her family in Cairo, Thailand and Mexico and her greatest enjoyment remained spending time with her family.
Her husband, William M. Adams, died in 1999 and her son, Mark W. Adams, died February 19th.
She leaves three daughters, Julie Ritter of Windsor, Colorado, Mary Adams of Coral Springs, Florida and Cheryl Adams of Portland, Oregon; a brother William Tobin of Lowell, Massachusetts; a daughter in law Kimberley Adams and two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Charlotte Adams of Baldwinville.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 4th at 10 A.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon. Masks and social distancing are required.

Burial will be in Veterans’ National Cemetery, Bourne.
