RINDGE, NH – Frank Lupis Jr., 69, of 539 Old New Ipswich Road, died peacefully at his residence Friday morning, November 27th, with his family at his side.
He was born in Framingham, MA of June 16, 1946, son of Frank Lupis of Framingham and the late Alice (MacAloney) Lupis, He attended Fitchburg High School and later received his GED. Frank had lived in Rindge for 23 years after living in West Groton, MA for 13 years.
Frank entered the United States Navy in 1963 and proudly his served until his discharge in 1967. For many years he worked as warehouse supervisor at Lasertone Co in Littleton. Frank was a member and past commander of the American Legion Post #11 in Jaffrey. His hobbies were camping and fishing. Frank had won a couple of fishing derbies. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with family.
He leaves his loving wife of 32 years, Diane L. (Downing) Lupis; a daughter, Tara Anne Bozek and her husband Robert of Ayer; his brother and best friend, Bob Lupis, who resided with him for 23 years, his brother Alfred Lupis of Harwich, his brother Richard Godin of Framingham; his sister, Frances Davis of Houston, TX; his stepmother Martha Lupis of Framingham; five grandchildren, Max Goodwin Jr, April Goodwin, Thomas Bozek, Kelsey Bozek and Andrew Bozek and many nieces and nephews. A daughter, Erin Nicole Goodwin, died in 2013.
Military funeral services will be held Thursday, December 3rd at 11 A.M. in Massachusetts Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon.
Memorial donations may be made to Victory Farm Veterans Homestead of Fitzwilliam, NH.
Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon is directing arrangements.
