WINCHENDON – Hazel M. “Pat” (Trombly) Cloutier, 84, of 200 Lincoln Avenue, died Friday evening, March 20th in Heywood Hospital, Gardner.
She was born in Gardner on May 30, 1930, daughter of the late Ernest and Hazel B. (Blake) Trombly and was a resident of Winchendon for most of her life.
Pat had worked as a waitress for many years at the former Travelers Restaurant and late worked as a cashier at Family Dollar. She most recently worked as a sales associate in the shoe department at Wal-Mart in Rindge. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and Lt. Frederick Wilder White Post #2158 VFW Ladies Auxiliary. An animal lover, Pat loved cats and especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Her husband of 44 years, Elie A. Cloutier, died in 1994. She leaves four children, Hope M. Rice and her husband Leon G. of Lyman, ME, Kevin E. Cloutier and his wife Susan of Athol, Scott E. Cloutier and his wife Kim of Ashburnham and Nanette L. Michaud and her husband Hector 3rd of Angier, NC; a brother, Edward Trombly of Leominster; eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A brother, Ernest Trombly Jr. predeceased her.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 25th at 10 A.M. in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 52 Spruce Street. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery later in the spring.
