Hilda W. Bartlett

WINCHENDON - Hilda W. (Montanari) Bartlett, 87, of 122A Ipswich Drive, Winchendon, died Wednesday morning, May 21st in Heywood Hospital, Gardner. She was born in Winchendon on February 28,1921, the daughter of Antonio and Adelgisa (Guerra) Montanari and graduated from Murdock High School in 1939. Hilda lived in Florida for 25 years and returned to Winchendon in 1996. She formerly was an active golfer and she enjoyed bingo. Her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She leaves a son, Gerald D. "Chip" Williams and his wife Harriet of Hialeah, Florida; a daughter, Jane B. Dellasanta of Winchendon; a sister-in-law, Marion Montanari of Ocala, Florida; four grandchildren, Nikki Adams and Antonio Dellasanta, both of Winchendon, Gretchen Torres of Chicago, IL and Joey Williams of Hialeah, FL. and five great grandchildren. Hilda was predeceased by a brother, Adelio Montanari. Private graveside services will be held in Riverside Cemetery, Winchendon at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
