Irene G Rodier

July 4, 1929 — January 20, 2025

Baldwinville

It is with a deep sense of loss that we announce the passing of Irene Rodier, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Born on the 4th of July 1929 in Greenville, NH, Irene was a beacon of light and joy to all who knew her. She is remembered as a tireless woman whose strength and determination were as inspiring as her compassion and kindness.

Irene lived a life as vibrant and full as the fireworks that marked her birthday. After a fulfilling career at Temple Stewart followed by H&R, she retired, devoting her time to the things she loved most: her family and her hobbies. She spent many years babysitting her grandchildren as well as neighborhood children. When she wasn't with her family, she had fun playing bingo, cards, or trips to the casino with her husband. Her infectious laughter, unending love and spirit were always present in all facets of her life.

Irene is survived by her wonderful husband of 65 years, Conrad Rodier; her son George Lamore Jr and his wife Dianne, daughter-in-law Gail Lamore, her daughter Linda Lamore and her partner Jay Whitman, her daughter Denise Gary and her partner Philip Sauvageau, her daughter Lisa Ouellette and her husband Vincent, and her daughter Cindy Maillet and her husband Rene, as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert Deschenes and Yvonne Michaud, her son William Lamore in 2012, and her grandson Dana DuVerger in 2007. The legacy of Irene's spirit, her love, and her zest for life will forever be carried on through her family.

We invite you to share your favorite memories of Irene or upload photos to the memorial page. Each reflection serves as a reminder of the lives she touched and the love she shared. Irene's life was a testament to the power of love, resilience, and joy. May her memory be a blessing and her life a celebration of the remarkable woman she was.
