Janice Ann Martin

WINCHENDON – Janice Ann Martin, 57, of 4 Congress Road, died unexpectedly at home Saturday, July 20, 2019.

She was born in Winchendon on May 10, 1962, daughter of the late Donald J. and Vallma E. (Uguccioni) Martin.  Janice was a 1980 graduate of Murdock High School and a 1985 graduate of Salter School in Worcester.

Janice had worked as a EMT for Wood’s Ambulance in Gardner for 23 years before leaving to medical issues.  She loved her dogs and was especially close to her nieces and nephews.

Janice leaves a brother, Randall J. Martin and sister-in-law Susan E. Martin of Baldwinville; her partner Michael Desmarais of Winchendon; her nieces, Donna Martin Lough, Lisa Martin, Natasha Pecse and Brittany Martin; a nephew, Christopher Martin and great nieces, Eva Martin, Emma Lough and Audrey Turczynski.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 11 A.M. in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 52 Spruce Street, Winchendon.

Calling hours will be held Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon preceding the mass.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
