WINCHENDON – Janice E. (Lavoie) Conley, 70, of 61D Hyde Park Drive, Winchendon, died peacefully Tuesday morning, November 1st, at her residence, with her family at her side.
She was born in Peterborough, NH on October 18, 1941, the daughter of the late Alfred and Evelyn Lavoie and had lived in Winchendon for 35 years. She previously lived in Peterborough and Jaffrey, NH.
Janice was a graduate of Conant High School and worked at New Hampshire Ball Bearings in Peterborough as an assembler in micro-assembly for many years. She enjoyed bingo and going to the casinos with her friend of 50 years, Bestie. She also enjoyed fishing and her dogs and greatly enjoyed spending time with her family.
She leaves four children, Scott C. Conley and his wife Diana of Troy, NH, Pamela E. Cordio of Keene, NH, Karen V. Conley and her significant other John of Gardner and Steven J. Conley of Westminster; her significant other Al Daneault of Winchendon; seven grandchildren, Heath, Brandi, Ryan, Danielle, Loren, Zachariah and Zebadiah; five great grandchildren, Taylor, Halie, Dominic, Suleanna and Elannie and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her twin sister, Joyce Tatro, as well as a sister Judy Attridge and two brothers, Richard Lavoie and Paul Lavoie.
Calling hours will be held Friday, November 4th from 6 to 8 PM in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon.
A private burial will be held in Riverside Cemetery at a later date.
