Jessie L. (Baker) LeBlanc

WINCHENDON - Jessie L. (Baker) LeBlanc, 79, formerly of 111C Ipswich Drive, died Tuesday morning, April 18th in the Leo P. LaChance Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, Gardner. She was born in Apex, North Carolina on August 28,1926 and had lived in Winchendon for 12 years after living for most of her life in Fitchburg. She had worked as a stitcher at Margolin Pocket Book Co. in Fitchburg. She loved plants, animals, people, kids, and crafts. A very outgoing woman, she loved to walk, go shopping and travel. Her husband of 47 years, Edgar J. LeBlanc, died in 1994, and her daughter, Sheila LeBlanc, died in 1995. She leaves a son, Ralph E. LeBlanc and his wife, Arlene of Ashburnham; a sister, Ethel Carroll of Raleigh, North Carolina; two grandsons, Richard LeBlanc and his wife, Joanne, of Gardner and Stephen LeBlanc and his wife, Gabrielle of Leominster, as well as two great granddaughters, Emily and Ashley. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, MA.
