John William Norris

PHILLIPSTON-John William Norris, 79, peacefully passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023, at Heywood Hospital after an illness.

He was born in Quincy, MA on January 24, 1944 to the late George J and Edith (Rautio) Norris.

 John enjoyed time with family especially visits to his nephew Bill's home in Quincy.

John worked at the Valley Barn in Templeton for most of his career, he was an avid card player and enjoyed bird watching and Western movies in his free time.

 He was pre-deceased by his parents and several siblings.

 He leaves a nephew Bill Eaton of Quincy MA., a sister Jean of North Grafton, and many nieces and nephews along with his family and friend at the Phillipston home.

 A graveside service will be on February 8, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. in the Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree, MA.
