Justin David Phillips

WINCHENDON — Justin David Phillips, 32, of Winchendon died tragically on May 25, 2019 in Fort McCoy, Fla. while visiting his cousin & friend, John Daniels and his Aunt, Debra Casey-Ovaska.

Justin is the son of Malissa Guertin of Gardner and the late David Phillips. His life partner and mother of his sons, Mallorie Day pre-deceased him. He leaves his step-mother, Tammy Phillips of Gardner; his two beloved sons, Aiden, 10 and David, 9 both of Winchendon; sisters, Chelsea and Ciera Guertin of Gardner, Alyssa, Brittany, Stephanie, Jayden and Aleigha Phillips of Gardner, many aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. He is loved and will be missed dearly by many.

Memorial services will be held at Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central St., Winchendon on Saturday, June 29, 2019 from 1-3 p.m. A celebration of life will be held immediately following, at his cousin Sonja Torinos’ home, 24 Poland Ave. in Winchendon.
