Laura Ann (Gordon) Bastarache

FITZWILLIAM, NH – Laura Ann (Gordon) Bastarache, 49, of 431 East Lake Road, Fitzwilliam, NH, died unexpectedly Monday morning, December 10th in Heywood Hospital, Gardner.
She was born in Winchendon on September 27, 1963, daughter of Richard and Nancy (Spaulding) Gordon of Winchendon, and had lived in this area for her entire life.
Laura worked for several years as loan officer and assistant branch manager of GFA in its Winchendon office. She worked most recently at Wal-Mart in Rindge, NH. Laura was a graduate of Murdock High School and Mt. Wachusett Community College with a degree in Business Technology. The most important thing to Laura was spending time with her daughter, family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she leaves her husband of seven years, David J. Bastarache; a daughter, Kory Leigh Dunton of Watertown, MA; a brother, David M. Gordon of Winchendon; a sister, Karla J. Cloutier of Winchendon; her maternal grandmother, Evelyn Spaulding; an uncle, George Spaulding; her father-in-law, Isaac Bastarache. A sister, Leeann Marie Gordon, predeceased her.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 15th at 1 P.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon. The Rev. F. Calvin Miller will officiate,
Calling hours in the funeral home will be Friday, December 14th from 6 to 8 P.M.
Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
