Lawrence R. Larochelle

WINCHENDON – Lawrence R. Larochelle, 76, of 94 Summer Street, Fitchburg, formerly of Winchendon, died Friday, October 16, 2015 in HealthAlliance Hospital, Leominster.
He was born in Winchendon on July 29, 1939, son of the late Louis A. and Clarinda (Morin) Larochelle and attended Winchendon schools.
Larry proudly served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Barry in its engine room during the Vietnam War. Following his discharge, he worked in construction. In his free time, he rode his motorcycle.
He leaves a half sister, Viola Theroux of Sarasota, FL and several cousins. A half brother Francis Larochelle preceded him in death.
Military funeral services will be held Monday, October 26th at 1 PM in the Massachusetts Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon. There are no calling hours.
