Lila I. Maki

May 20, 1915 — July 11, 2013

WINCHENDON – Lila I. (Hackler) Maki, formerly of Marlborough, NH and Winchendon, died Thursday, July 11th at the New England Health Center in Sunderland, MA.

She was born in Redgranite, Wisconsin on May 12, 1918.  She grew up in Marlborough, NH and lived in Winchendon, MA for 40 years before returning to Marlborough.  Her husband, Walter J. Maki, died in 1995.

Her family includes a son, Alan W. Maki of Alpine, Wyoming; a daughter, Betty A. Manning of The Villages, FL, five grandsons and ten great grandchildren.

Private graveside services will be held at the family lot in Winchendon at the convenience of the family.

Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon is directing arrangements.
