Mark W. Adams

TEMPLETON -  Mark W. Adams, 52, of 29 Walnut Street, Baldwinville, died Friday, February 19, 2021 in Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, with his family at his side, after a long illness.

He was born on Bangkok, Thailand on August 2, 1968, son of Florence (Tobin) Adams of Baldwinville and the late William Adams.  Mark grew up in Lunenburg and graduated in 1986 from Lunenburg High School.  He had lived in Baldwinville for 15 years.

Mark worked for AAFES in loss prevention from 1988 to 2000 when he retired with a medical disability.  He was a member of Memorial Congregational Church, Baldwinville and was an avid fan of the Pittsburg Steelers.  Active in his daughter’s activities, Mark spent time coaching softball on his girls’ softball teams.  He was an avid reader and had volunteered at Ahimsa Haven Animal Rescue.

In addition to his mother, he leaves his wife of 15 years, Kimberley (Ackerson) Adams; two daughters, Elizabeth and Charlotte Adams of Baldwinville; three sisters, Julie Ritter and her husband Jeff of Windsor, Colorado, Mary Adams of Coral Springs, FL and Cheryl Adams of Portland, Oregon and four nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 1, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon.

Calling hours in the funeral home are Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 1 to 3 P.M.

Masks and social distancing are required.

Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Baldwinville.
