GARDNER – Michele M. (Lafayette) Bonk Ryan, 69, of 59 Eastwood Circle, Gardner, died peacefully Sunday morning, June 30th, with her family at her side, in Legend Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Gardner.
She was born in Gardner on July 1, 1943, daughter of the late Loyal and Marjorie (Scott) Lafayette and was a lifelong resident of Gardner.
Michele was a graduate of Gardner High School. A homemaker, her hobbies included painting and sewing.
She leaves four children, Bethany S. Arseneau and her husband Jean-Louis of Gardner, Brenda L. Bonk and her husband Col. John Fant of Independence, VA, Tara J. Ryan of Gardner and Brandon P. Bonk of Gardner; two grandsons, Jack and Peter Fant and her former husbands, Kenneth Bonk and Wayne Ryan. A brother, George Lafayette and a sister, Georgette Skehan, predeceased her.
A private family ceremony will be held at a beach on Cape Cod later this summer.
