Patricia Esther Fothergill

Patricia Esther Fothergill née Batchelder of  Gardner, MA lost her battle with cancer Thursday, August 10, 2023 surrounded by family. She was 68 years old. She leaves behind a sister Lorraine Metzger, daughters Cheryl Wooster and Malinda Fothergill, a niece Amy Doucette, grandchildren Amber, Lucy, Zoe and Charlie, along with many nieces and nephews.

Patricia enjoyed spending time with her family. She had a fondness for romantic dramas and loved the movies on the Hallmark channel. During her lifetime she was known to be quite the fashionista and had an extensive collection of clothes, jewelry and make up. She was especially partial to Avon. She also had many cats all of which were treated with the highest regard. 

Patricia was predeceased by her husband Charlie Fothergill, parents Albert William Batchelder and Lillian Batchelder, a brother Albert “Sonny” Batchelder, a sister Elizabeth Rogers, a sister Virginia Chase, and a brother Robert Batchelder.

Patricia requested no funeral service or calling hours be held. The family would like to direct any donations to the AHIMSA foundation due to Patricia’s love of animals.
