Patricia L. Homon 84 of Winchendon, Massachusetts died peacefully on March 1, 2025, at the Broadview Assisted Living Facility.
She was born November 6, 1940, a daughter of the late Everisto and Eva (Diotalevi) Dellasanta. She was a 1958 graduate of Murdock High School and was known to many as “The Classy Lady” and “Matriarch of the Dellasanta family”. Patricia was nothing short of charismatic, compassionate, generous, and an intelligent entrepreneur. She was the founder and owner of Pattie's Jewelry Incorporated, that sold fine quality jewelry from the heart in Winchendon, MA. She acquired two patents, one for her Millennium Line of Jewelry and the other for her unique Line of Lingerie. She was a beautiful woman with brains and sophistication and would occasionally offer unsolicited advice. She had a flare for fashion and always looked like she belonged in Hollywood. She would be seen driving her “Big Red Caddi” with a “Classy Lady” sign in the back window of her car. She was the reason the town shown so bright.
Even with her entrepreneurial spirit, Patti knew when to tee off and enjoy life. She was an avid golfer, a proud member of the Woman’s Golf League in Winchendon, a member of the Winchendon Garden Club, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce. Patricia also loved Mahjong and playing cards. She loved spending her winters in Florida with her husband Albert riding their bicycles and enjoying life, but what she loved and cherished most, was her family and grandchildren. Patti will be remembered as a beautiful person inside and out whose legacy will continue to inspire all that knew and loved her. XO🙏💋❤️
Patricia leaves her son, Joseph A. Homon, and fiancé Yvonne Forgues of Winchendon, two daughters Sherrie L. Erlenmeyer of Winchendon and Dawn M. Homon of Leominster, MA; she also leaves her grandchildren, Chawntel M. and her husband Eric Hunt of AZ., Vincent D’Innocenzo and Geno D’Innocenzo of Leominster MA., and a step-granddaughter Jennifer Sullivan and her husband John of CT. Patti was also blessed to have three beautiful great-grandchildren, Jase C. Hunt of AZ., and two step-great-grandchildren, Ella Forgues and Quinn Sullivan of CT. Patti leaves her two sisters, and one brother, Carol Steele of VA., Dolores Elam of Claremont NH, and Raymond Dellasanta of Winchendon, MA. Patricia gained 3 wonderful sisters-in-Laws that treated her like a sister. Sandy Dellasanta of Winchendon, Linda Dellasanta of Winchendon, and Lorraine Dellasanta of Jaffrey, NH. Will always hold a place in her heart.
She was predeceased by her husband, Albert G. Homon, a granddaughter, Sarah E. Homon, and brothers Wilson, Joseph, William, Ronald, and Dennis Dellasanta, and her sisters Cezira (Sherry) Florence, and Audrey Batchelder.
It took a village to take care of Patricia, so a very special thank you to the Gardner VNA & Hospice, Diane Cares LLC, Dr. Havlin, Dr. Harrington, Broadview Assisted Living Staff, friends, family, and a very special thank you to Susan Martin Scott for all her dedicated care and unconditional love for Patti.
