Pauline Lashua

Rindge NH & Ashburnham - Pauline Lashua, 81, died Monday, March 28, 2022 at her daughter’s  home after an illness. She leaves her daughter Brenda Lashua; sons, Steven Lashua and Robert “Bobby” Lashua; their father, Paul Lashua; her precious grandchildren, Alan and Lydia. She also leaves many near and dear friends who know who they are.

Pauline was born in Winchendon on July 4, 1940, a daughter of the late Maurice B and Lillian M. (Bosworth) Ward. She was a graduate of Murdock HIgh School. She lived most of her life in Ashburnham. She worked at Bj’s in Leominster until her retirement.

She was a member of the Mission Congregational Church. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 193, American Legion Auxiliary Post 193, The Golden Age and Senior Center all in Winchendon. Pauline loved to watch the birds from her picture window and see the flowers. She enjoyed yard sales, U-turns, crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, bus trips with her lady friends, going to the oceans and Elvis hymns. She wrote poems that could make you laugh or cry when reading them. Her favorite treat was eating PEEPS.

Her family would sincerely like to thank all the doctors, nurses and everyone that helped her along her journey to heaven.

Pauline’s funeral will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Stone Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon, MA 01475. Calling hours will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm prior to the funeral. Her burial will be private. To leave an online condolence, please visit  www.stoneladeau.com  Kevin J.
