Phyllis B. (Guevin) Duval

WINCHENDON – Phyllis B. (Guevin) Duval, 86, of 1015 Alger Street, died peacefully Wednesday evening, August 27th, in Gardner Rehabilitation Center, Gardner.
She was born in Winchendon on July 2, 1928, daughter of the late Andrew J. and Hazel B. Guevin and was a lifelong resident of Winchendon, where she was a graduate of Murdock High School.
A homemaker, Phyllis worked several years ago as a seamstress at the former Winchendon Dress Shop. Her hobbies were sewing and crocheting.
Her husband of 55 years, George H. Duval, died August 3, 2002. A sister, Marjorie S. Thompson, also preceded her in death on August 30, 1997.
Funeral services will be private and the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
Interment will be in Massachusetts Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon.
