WINCHENDON – Raymond J. Helie, 86, of 3 Congress Road, died peacefully Thursday, February 19, 2015 in Heywood Hospital, Gardner.
He was born in Winchendon on August 30, 1928, son of the late William and Phoebe (Duquette) Helie and lived in Centerville for 40 years and had been a resident of Winchendon for 20 years.
Ray had worked in a plastics factory on the Cape until his retirement. He enjoyed reading, fishing and watching sports.
He leaves a brother, Robert A. Helie of Winchendon and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
