Roberta E. Hildreth

RINDGE, NH – Roberta E. (Eaton) Hildreth, 79, of 11 East Main Street, died peacefully Tuesday morning, July 20, 2021 in Applewood Rehabilitation Center, Winchester, NH.

She was born in Gardner, MA on June 30, 1942, daughter of the late Robert A. and Simone C. (Jalbert) Eaton Pike and grew up in Rindge.  She was educated in Rindge and Jaffrey.

Roberta had worked as a housekeeper for local families for many years.  She enjoyed reading, gardening and tending to her flowers.  An animal lover, she enjoyed the company of her dog Rusty.

She leaves four children, Sherry Hildreth James of N.C., Douglas Hildreth of Greenville, NC, Gary Hildreth of Hillsborough, NH and Lori Durand of Concord, NH; two sisters, Darlene Pike of Rindge and Sheila Butler of Templeton, CA; eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two nieces.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Pike and her significant other, Robert Reilly.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 11th at 10 A.M. in Hillside Cemetery, Goddard Road, Rindge, NH.
