Ronald J. Sawyer

WINCHENDON - Ronald J. Sawyer, 44, of 86 Woodlawn Street, died unexpectedly Tuesday, January 20th at his residence. He was born in Winchendon on November 27,1964, the son of June A. (Ackert) Sawyer of Winchendon and the late Maurice J. Sawyer and attended Murdock High School. Ron worked as a sheet rocker in the Winchendon area several years ago. He enjoyed snowmobiling and fishing. In addition to his mother, he leaves two brothers, Wayne A. Sawyer and his wife Patty of Winchendon and Chris A. Sawyer and his wife Linda of Phillipston; two sisters, Darlene F. Carter and her husband Bob of Winchendon and Wendy J. Gould of Athol, as well as several nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 23rd at 2 P.M. in the Snow-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon. The Rev. Francis A. Roberge will officiate. Calling hours in the funeral home will be Friday from 1 to 2 P.M. preceding the funeral. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. www.snow-ladeau.com
