Tanya M. Pelkey

RINDGE, NH – Tanya M. (Johnson) Pelkey, 67, of 442 Middle Winchendon Road, died peacefully at her residence Thursday morning, October 29th.
She was born in Barre, VT on May 3, 1948, daughter of the late Jasper and Alfreda (Lafalam) Johnson and was a resident of Rindge for most of her life.
Tanya worked many years ago at Ray Plastics and DD Bean and later worked for several years at Teleflex in Jaffrey, NH as a machine operator until her retirement. Tanya enjoyed making quilts, going to the casinos and taking long rides in her car.
She leaves a son, Jasper T. Pelkey and his wife Elena of Springfield, NH; a brother Steven Johnson of Rindge; a sister Lydia Will of Holyoke, MA; her significant other Jeanne M. Rice of Rindge; 8 grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services will be in Hillside Cemetery, Rindge, NH. There are no calling hours.
