LEOMINSTER – Theresa M. (Pellerin) Fortunato, 69, of 152 Lancaster Street, Leominster, died peacefully Saturday morning, May 28 th in HealthAlliance Hospital, Leominster, with her family at her side.
She was born in Winchendon on February 8, 1942, the daughter of the late Roland B. and Yvonne E. (Michaud) Pellerin and had lived in Leominster since 1960.
Theresa worked for 17 years at Clear Shield Plastics in Leominster for 17 years, and for the last 20 years, she had been dealing with antiques. Many years ago, she worked at Foster Grants. Theresa enjoyed yard sales and flea markets. She also enjoyed bowling, gardening and fishing. Her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family and her two dogs, Ginger and Dobby.
She leaves her husband of 48 years, Daniel M. Fortunato; a daughter, Robin M. Easton and her husband Glenn of Leominster; three sisters, Irene Rodier and her husband Conrad of Baldwinville, Muriel Spaulding of Gardner and Yvonne LaCross of Leominster; three grandchildren, Amy M. Munoz-Saldana, Eric D. Easton and Andrew D. Easton, all of Leominster; one great granddaughter, Mayhanna Theresa Saldana; one great grandson, Marius Daniel Saldana; three god children, Bonnie LaCross, Stephen Spaulding and Tonya Fortunato, and several nephews and nieces.
Calling hours are Friday, June 3 rd from 6 to 8 P.M. in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon.
Burial will be in the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
